Dr. Aniket Dave
Plastic, reconstructive and microsurgery specialist based in Ahmedabad. Trained across India, South Korea and Singapore. Practising for the last fifteen years with one steady aim — to deliver the standards of care he saw abroad in his own home city.

A surgeon's real work begins long before the first incision.
I learned plastic surgery from teachers who insisted the work was never about transformation. The job of a plastic surgeon, they said, is to listen — to understand what a patient sees in the mirror, to know what they cannot quite name, and to translate that into a plan that respects both anatomy and identity.
That belief has shaped every aspect of how I practise today. We do not operate on people who arrive uncertain. We do not promise outcomes we cannot deliver. We do not treat a face or a body as a problem to be fixed. The patient sitting across from me is not a candidate — they are a person considering a decision that will travel with them for the rest of their life.
That is also why this practice runs differently. Consultations last as long as they need to. Surgical plans come in writing. Costs are quoted in full, in advance. The path from your first phone call to your one-year follow-up is held together by a small team that knows your name and your story.
Plastic surgery is not about changing who you are. It is about revealing the version of yourself you already know.
Across three continents, the long way.
Plastic surgery is the slowest sub-specialty in medicine to complete — and rightly so. The training pathway is here in full.
